The vision and mission of Truth Ministries International is to open a gate of Righteousness and Truth through preaching and teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ Isaiah 26:2.  Resulting in the manifested presence of God in the Earth for deliverance from all that is evil.  
By design God’s uncompromised Word must be heard in the Earth.  It must be taught and preached without conjecture. The WORD must be taught for people to avoid judgement.
God has given me a charge to build and to plant in the house of God not mere buildings but to instruct, preach and teach a people whose faces will turn to be set like a flint. Isaiah 50:7.
God wants his glorious light to shine unhindered throughout the Earth.  God will have a people who are sanctified and Holy. Ephesians 5:26-27 
To accomplish this TRUTH as his chosen vessels the WORD must be taught. Ephesians 4:11-15; Matthew 28:19a, 20."

Apostle Betty C. Phillips was ordained anElder of The Sword of the Lord Ministries in May 1995, under the leadership of the late Overseer Randy D. Hall. While serving in several ministerial roles she was a dedicated and appointed as one of the ministries Prophetic Teachers and the Prayer Ministry. In addition, she is ordained with the YesArelah Ministries, Inc. and is a member of the Board of Advisors with the Vineyard Heritage Center.

​As a prayer warrior, Apostle Betty is a Board Member of Wailing Women Ministries of Atlanta, GA. She is the founder and pastor of Truth Ministries International.  She serves as the Chief Prelate for Truth Ministries International Fellowship of Churches which include The Empowerment Center of Macon, Ga., Word of Faith Deliverance Ministries of Queens Village, New York, Plain Truth Ministries of McDonough, Ga., Truth Ministries of Stockbridge, Ga., and Truth and Divine Ministries of Stockbridge, GA.

On June 23, 2018 Apostle Betty C. Phillips was affirmed and elevated to the sacred office of Apostle.  Regardless of her title and profession the message has remained the same and that is God is raising up a Joseph generation who are not churched who will take the battle to the gate to cause the Kingdom of God to manifest on Earth.
